After the last storm with such destructive winds, our 25 year old roof had a leak. I noticed that it was getting larger with every new round of rain. What roofer could I call who would even respond over the New Year’s weekend?? I had a short list of recommendations from neighbors and started making calls. One called me back to say he was too busy to even come out. My next call to Modern Solution Roofing was answered by Orly….what a relief! She would get someone out to our home the next morning. Anton was there right on time and we knew within minutes we had made the right call. He patiently explained what he thought was necessary and assured us he could make the repair and use better materials than we presently had. We said we definitely wanted the first available appointment! Orly promised that our roof would be repaired as soon as possible. I don’t know how she did it but the rain stopped long enough for the repair to be completed on Monday morning! There were other roofing companies’ trucks in the neighborhood but our repair was the only one completed because it began raining again! Orly, how did you know?!! This company is who we will trust for a new roof when we are ready. I’m already referring them to friends. We trust Modern Solution Roofing because they are reliable, responsive, professional, reputable and fair. So happy to have found a company we can trust!
“My fiance and I just purchased our home, and during the inspection we were told the roof would need to be replaced. We reached out to three different companies, and Orly from Modern Solution Roofing was one of them, I’m so glad we chose her. Orly took care of everything, from pulling the permit, scheduling inspections, making the entire process smooth and stress free. She also provided us with samples of different shingle colors and manufacturers, which really helped us choose what worked best for our home. She also sent us at the end package with the rebate for the roof from the city, that was a nice surprise. What we appreciated the most was that she never pressured us, and there were no hidden fees. Everything was clear, honest, and transparent from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the final result. Thank you, Orly”!
“I had a great experience with Modern Solutions Roofing. They were very patient and accommodating with our concerns and gave great customer service and an unbeatable price. I always do a lot of research before I make a decision on anything, especially a decision as big as a roof, so I know for a fact that they gave us the absolute best price possible. We were also stuck between whether we wanted shingles or tile, and they were a huge help in breaking down the pros and cons of each, and working with us give us what we wanted for a price we could afford. I highly recommend this team”!
“We highly recommend Modern Solution Roofing. They were professional and pleasant to work with. They were true to their word and gave a good price along with a quality installation. It’s nice to be able to trust a company that has integrity”.
“Our roof is almost 15 years old. It had an area that was in need of replacement. A friend of mine referred me to Modern Solution Roofing based on outstanding service and work quality. I used Modern Solution to repair my roof damage and make sure the entire roof was in good shape. I was very happy and glad that I used them to take care of our roof. I truly appreciate that I experienced the excellent quality of their work and the outstanding customer service that they provided”.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Orly was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress free.
From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Modern Solution Roofing demonstrated exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. The project was completed on schedule, within budget, no surprises or hidden fees and the job site was kept clean and safe throughout the process.
We needed a roof repair on our tile roof in Valencia, the roof is about 22 years old and its still in good shape, no missing tiles, nor broken tiles, but we did had a small leak that we discover on the bathroom ceiling, I posted on Nextdoor for roofing contractor recommendation, and my neighbor answered with Modern Solution Roofing info. Modern Solution Roofing explained our options, gave us a clear estimate, and completed the roof repair professionally and in one day.
It was time to replace our roof, The shingles were in bad condition and it was leaking every winter. Communication was a strong point. I was kept informed every step of the way, and all of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. It’s rare to find contractors that works in the Woodland Hills area who are not only skilled but also reliable, courteous, and easy to work with.
Our project was 50,000 Sq. Ft. complete teardown and reroofing of a 30-year-old flat commercial roof. I researched approximately five companies for this project and selected Modern Solution Roofing for their knowledge, honesty, customer service and through review and expiration of the project. Every interaction from the quoting process and material ordering to inspections and installation, was handled professionally. The project follow up was above my expectations for any vendor I have dealt with in many years.
